Step Three: Commencement of Construction.

Once the design has been finalised and your financial pre-approved has been obtained, Construction can commence.

DiDiT covers all costs associated with the builders work until the project is completed, providing you with peace of mind throughout the construction phase.

Step Four: Tenant Placement.

After construction is completed, DiDiT works to secure a tenant for your Granny Flat. We handle all aspects of the leasing process, including finding suitable tenants and signing them to a lease at an agreed-upon rent.

Step Five: Loan submission and approval.

Upon completion of the project, you’ll submit a loan application to cover the costs incurred by DiDiT throughout the process (including the DiDiT one-off project delivery fee) Once your loan is approved, you’ll pay DiDiT the pre-agreed fee for the management and delivery of your project.
